Who We Support

We support women aged 18+ who may be navigating a range of complex challenges and would benefit from a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Many of the women we support may have experienced instability, trauma, or disruption in their lives, and are seeking an opportunity to rebuild with the right level of guidance and consistency.

Our service is designed for women who are willing to engage with support and work towards greater stability, independence, and long-term positive change, at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable for them.

Trauma and Exploitation

We support women who have experienced trauma, including domestic abuse, violence, or sexual exploitation. We recognise the lasting impact these experiences can have on safety, trust, and overall wellbeing.

Our approach prioritises creating a safe and consistent environment where women feel respected, understood, and supported at their own pace. Through this, women are given the space to process their experiences, rebuild a sense of safety, and begin to regain control over their lives.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Needs

We support women experiencing a range of mental health and emotional wellbeing challenges, recognising how this can impact daily life, relationships, and overall stability.

Through consistent, person-centred support, we create a safe and structured environment where women can feel more settled, develop more effective ways of coping, and begin to feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and daily experiences.

Substance Use and Recovery Support

We support women at different stages of their recovery journey, providing a stable and supportive environment that encourages engagement with external recovery services and wider support networks.

We recognise that recovery is not linear, and work alongside women to develop healthier coping strategies, helping them remain consistent and aligned with their recovery goals over time.

Criminal Justice Involvement

We support women who are involved with the criminal justice system or at risk of re-offending. Our approach focuses on helping women stay engaged with required services and manage the expectations placed upon them.

Alongside this, we provide guidance to navigate complex systems and access support relating to personal safety, safeguarding, family circumstances, and housing.

Housing Needs and Homelessness Risk

A stable and independent future starts with the right support.

Through personalised support, practical guidance, and structured progression, we empower women to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate life independently and sustain long-term stability.
