How We Support

Our support is centred on helping women build stability, develop practical skills, and move towards greater independence. We provide a safe and consistent environment, alongside personalised guidance that responds to each woman’s needs, supporting progress in a way that is steady, realistic, and sustainable.

Skills for Independence

We support women to develop practical skills and emotional resilience, building confidence and capability as they move forward with greater independence and choice.

This includes:

  • Developing coping strategies for cravings, stress, and emotional triggers

  • Rebuilding self-esteem and a positive sense of identity

  • Learning healthy boundaries and relationship skills

  • Preparing for employment, budgeting, education, training and move-on housing
