Day-to-day support is tailored to each woman's individual support plan, offering compassionate guidance with daily living, appointments, and engagement with external services. 

Women are supported to build confidence, develop routine, and strengthen the practical skills and accountability required for independent living, feeling encouraged and supported at every step of their journey.

A gentle yet consistent framework underpins our service, providing routine, stability, and purpose. We deliver holistic programmes that addresses each woman's practical and emotional needs. These sessions cover emotional wellbeing, life skills and recovery support, delivered alongside access to legal advocacy and guidance where needed. ​​.

Our service is designed to deliver meaningful outcomes, reducing the risk of reoffending and relapse, improving emotional awareness and increasing engagement with external services. Women are supported to understand the emotional patterns that can influence their behaviour, enabling more positive decision-making and lasting change.

Transition and move-on support form a key part of every woman's pathway, preparing her for independent living. Legal advocacy and guidance are available throughout and up to 1 year after moving on. ​
